David Barbosa

Dr. David Barbosa’s educational career spans over 40 years and includes service as a teacher, central office administrator and superintendent for 25 years. He served as a superintendent in public school districts in 5 different states including Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Additionally, Dr. Barbosa has taught as a university professor in 4 institutions of higher education in Arizona and Texas. His areas of interest and expertise are educational leadership, social justice, race relations, and bilingual/multicultural education.
